Records Management is an increasingly important focus for Singapore government agencies. All government agencies in Singapore have to adhere to the latest Records Management guidelines by the National Archives of Singapore (NAS). LAAS provides training to help Singapore government agencies understand the relevant requirements and guidelines.
Our records management training can be designed to suit audiences of varying experience with records management. From users who have to be guided on how to use their agencies’ file plans, to senior management who need to understand the impact that relevant requirements will have on their agencies, to registry staff who need to craft file plans, our training courses can be customized to fit their different needs. In our training courses, we simplify the steps to enable our course participants to handle the records management tasks.
