Library Design Planning

The ease of accessing the Library will be one of its great assets as it connects and reaches out to the natural traffic flow. Users will make the Library the common place to meet, drawing one another to an accessible place of learning.

The library presents itself as a neutral ground by which people can come together to share what they know with one another. A library should be appreciated as an impartial space where its users recognise that regardless of what they already know, there is always something more that can be learnt through the wisdom of the ages.
